EVENT: Living Judaism Class, Tuesday Evenings Beginning Nov. 7 at 7:30 PM
This course taught by Rabbi Kobrin will run on Tuesday nights throughout the year with breaks for holidays and vacations. Fall semester sessions will be held on November 7, 14, 21, and 28; and December 5, 12, and 19. Living Judaism will delve into Jewish theology, ideology, and philosophy. It's an excellent class for beginners -- those who are new to Judaism and want to explore how religion might fit into their lives. It's also a wonderful refresher course for those who have been regularly engaged in the Jewish community and would like to dig deeper. We will utilize the curriculum created by the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies as a basis, supplemented by other readings and teachings. This course will include discussion and will be highly participatory. For more information, please contact Rabbi Kobrin or her assistant, Tracy Greenbaum, at 215.635.6611. Open to the community.
